Attention Needed to Maintain Leather Shoes
Leather shoes seek your special attention to be durable and attractive all through their lifetime. One of the key aspects of maintaining your leather shoes to be in top most condition is the conditioning of your footwear. When you properly condition your shoes just like how you use a conditioner shampoo for your scalp, leather shoes will not worn out easily. The process of conditioning will actually allow the leather to soften and get some moisture in their composition. The moisture that gets in between the grains of the leather material will maintain the leather from drying out and start to crack easily.
Wrinkle formation is a clear indication of the dried up leather caught up with dirt and dust in between them. if you desert the discount shoes in the same condition, thinking that it is safely remaining inside your shoe stand, one fine morning when you open up the shoe stand door, all you could see is an ancestor’s shoe and not the brand new ones that you had bought in the recent past. Do not give room for such surprising shocks and just maintain them neat and tidy by means of conditioning the leather shoes.
Prima facie, the important aspect is to buy a natural conditioner for your Kenneth Cole reaction shoes just like how you protect your own scalp and skin. Natural ingredients are great for the leather skin of your shoes and any other chemical coagulants, preservatives and dyes are just going to ruin them after repeated long-term usage. Selection of the right kind of conditioner for your shoes is quite crucial job and hence leaving such headaches to the vendor is the right mode of approach.
The vendors from whom you had purchased the shoes are the best ones to be approached for leather conditioners that are suitable for you shoe material in particular. Rub the natural conditioner purchased for conditioning of your shoes, just gently on top of the shoe material. Allow it to remain there for a short while so that the shoe material will absorb the conditioner to absorb the moisture well deep within.
After that, just remove the excessive conditioner that lies on top of the material to clean the surface. Whatever amount of time you leave the conditioner on top of the surface of the coach shoes material, the leather can absorb only a certain amount of conditioner that it can actually do absorb. Therefore, it is no use pushing too much into it. Instead, you could conditions as many times as possible in a moth after repeated usage of the shoe. That way you will not allow the shoes to dry up at any point of time and hence shoes are maintained well during all the time.

Kanye West, Lil Wayne Take On The Fashion Industry
Source From: http://rapfix.mtv.com/2011/07/19/kanye-west-lil-wayne-take-on-the-fashion-industry/
Megastar Kanye West and his forays into fashion have been well documented over the course of his career and it appears that the stylish producer and rapper will be releasing a new line later this year in a collaborative effort with award winning British fashion designer Louise Goldin. Goldin, 30, was mentored by fashion expert and director of design school Central Saint Martins’ fashion master’s program Louise Wilson – and the professor gave Kanye West quite a ringing endorsement.
In a report to British paper The Guardian, Ms. Wilson offered, “I've known him for two years now and he's incredibly knowledgeable about fashion, he's a global phenomenon and a very interesting person. I think we can expect a well-considered collection, you wouldn't expect less from a pair of professionals and I warn against dismissing it in haste.”
The professor continued with, “There are those who might assume Louise will be doing all the work and Kanye is just the face, I don't believe this will be the case – he researches thoroughly and is hands on and committed to his work.” Reports say that West and Goldin’s upcoming "womenswear" line will have a possible launch later this year at New York’s Fashion Week festival.
Kanye isn’t the only high profile name dipping his toe into the fashion pool. Young Money boss Lil Wayne told XXL last week that he too wants to begin his own clothing line, although the plans seem lofty for now. “I just figure that I… I’m funky,” Wayne shared. “I got that from my stylist, Marisa. I’m funky, like she say.”
Wayne wrapped up by saying, “A year from now, I want all these items to be mine. Rebirth. I want – I just figure people want to be funky like me, so I got my clothing line.” Rebirth was also the title of Lil Wayne’s eclectic seventh studio album.

Shoe Stretchers for Shoes
When will you need shoe stretchers is a commonly asked question. Whenever a person is suffering from serious feet problems such as the bunions, flat feet, corns and so on, different kinds of ailments in particular regions of their feet, the shoes pressing against these particular areas while wearing for long hours would aggravate the pain in the wounded or injured part of the feet. In order to avoid such a sort of problems the Dansko shoes are stretched along the width in this particular area.
Sometimes, if it is in the rear part or in the front toe regions, one could adjust and stretch shoe length also using the Rocket dog shoes stretchers. Some are one-dimensional stretchers while there are two-dimensional stretchers as well available in the market. The effects will be the best when you use the shoe stretchers in certain materials of shoes such as the suede, leather, and certain other types of materials. If you are having, your shoe made out of vinyl materials, and then just forgets about opting for a shoe stretcher. It cannot work on such materials of least elasticity.
Also, please be mindful of the basic fact that there is a limit for stretching your shoes. One cannot expect to stretch the shoes from size nine to that of size seven. It is purely not admissible, as you just have to buy a new shoe and not just a shoe stretcher in that case.
There are also different types of shoe stretchers that are made for the flats, high heels shoes, discount boots, and other specific kinds of footwear. One needs to make sure that he or she is buying the right footwear stretchers that are appropriate for the job. Shoes stretchers that are typically sold in the men's or the women's size ranges are available in the market - for example, in the men's size from 6-8, and there are certain shoe stretchers that would stretch different regions of the shoe.
Similarly, A 2- way shoe stretcher is supposed to stretch the shoe along both the length and width. On the other hand, the vamp or the step stretcher would just lift the shoe part that just sits on the upper portion of your foot. There is separate kind of toe stretchers that would help you just to lift the particular area called the toe box for the footwear. Hence, you can obtain more height for the toes.

Sneakers of Different Kind
Most of the youth love to wear sneaker and even the elders for comfort in wearing such a kind of New Balance toning shoes. Apart from the comfort you will feel cozy to walk with a bigger yet lighter feet. The number of attractive designs and colors that are available in the sneakers is one another reasons for people to fall for buying sneakers readily at any given season. Especially when it comes to school and college reopening time, the sales of the sneakers would reach its peak. There are special announcements made by the quality brands and some other commercial products as well, during these seasons are just ahead of the season. It is specially made to pull in the attraction of majority of the people and increases their sales turnover for the year.
Sneakers are easy to take care in comparison with a suede or nubuck kind of discount Born shoes. They are easy to maintain and needs no big polishing work just like how you need to maintain formal leather footwear. Moreover, one do not use it regular for going to offices as it is meant to be a casual wear to go out during the weekends. Hence, these shoes require least maintenance, which is one of the significant reasons for people to love purchasing sneakers for everyone in the family.
There are special sneaker shampoos that are available in the market to keep the sneakers clean. You will have to wash the sneakers regularly with these sneaker shampoos to keep them away from any kind of dust, dirt and stains that the shoes catch up while usage. After washing, dry them in the sunlight for a few hours and then preserve them in the closet or enclosed areas that are free from dust and dirt. Do not keep your Anne Klein shoes in sunlight after washing for long hours for it might fade away at a faster rate. In fact, you could even dry them out in a shady dry area. It might take a long time for them to be dried in that case. Squeeze out all the water completely from the shoes before you try to dry them up by resting them inclined on the wall. That ways water would just come out easily and hence the shoes would be dried faster. There are also leather sneakers where you cannot dry them in sunlight when they are completely wet. Wrinkles will be formed readily when you do so and hence could be damaged at a faster rate.

Source From: http://www.longislandpress.com/2011/07/19/gwen-stefani-designs-children-clothes-for-target/
Gwen Stefani has been successful with her two existing fashion labels, L.A.M.B and Harajuku Lovers, so why not start a new line?
The singer will work with Target to make a children’s line of clothing and accessories called Harajuku Mini, according to the Daily Mail.
According to The Look, Stefani told a fashion trade publication that “Harajuku Mini is a dream come true. I’ve always wanted to do a cool children’s fashion line inspired by the super cute and playful kid’s clothing you find in Japan.”
Harajuku Lovers came out in 2005, and was named after the singer’s back-up dancers, the “Harajuku Girls.” Harajuku Lovers aims for “Kawaiiness,” or cuteness in Japanese. Stefani’s L.A.M.B. Line is more mainstream fashion than Harajuku Lovers.
And smaller sizes means cheaper prices compared to the 41-year-old’s other fashion lines, with prices ranging from $3.99 to $29.99 for the new children’s line.
How does Target feel about having Gwen Stefani on their fashion team? According to Daily Mail, the senior vice president of apparel and accessories of Target, Trish Adams, said that “Gwen is a creative force and her ability to create fun, wearable fashion made her an ideal partner for Target.”
Stefani has mentioned that her two sons, Kingston, 5, and Zuma, 3, show similar style to the new line of Harajuku Mini, which will hit stores in November, with more styles on the way next January.
Stefani told the Daily Mail that, “The whole idea is about being creative, expressing your own individuality and having fun getting dressed.”
So, take a look at what Kingston and Zuma have been sporting around town, and you’ll have an idea of what the chic and cool children’s apparel will look like. There is no website to show the line before it hits stores, so customers will just have to wait for the debut in November.

Importance of Shoe Care Kit
Shoe care kit generally always contains a shoe polish in essential irrespective of the nature of the shoe. Especially when it is a formal leatherwear then the options are really plenty. Still most of us in the present day circumstances opt to buy the liquid polish for our leather shoes to get the job done at a faster rate without wasting much time on it while rushing out to places.
It is extremely useful in saving your time and at the same time giving you the best looks that you would want in your high heel shoes. They are little bit dearer than the other forms of polishes available for the shoes. Still when you compare the amount of time, they do save on a daily basis in getting your footwear neatly ready for you in seconds in something far more valuable than the difference in the peanut money spent towards grabbing a liquid polish.
Still experts are of an entirely different opinion. First thing is that when you apply the liquid polish it seems to spread faster than the cream or paste kind of polish in the discount shoes. It is just for the distant view. In reality, it cannot be equivalent to the cream polish made and paste that is spread evenly with a brush. The looks will be alluring and entirely different from the application of a liquid polish, which will not be that shiny after a little while from the time of application. Second aspect is that the liquid polish tends to be dried after the application in a short span of time. When be dried while wearing the shoes to places, there will be enough wrinkles formed in the surface of the shoe material.
Irrespective of whatsoever material that your shoes are made out of, there are possibilities of damaging the material in due course of time. The formation of wrinkles is faster in the leather, PVC, EVA, and so on. Similarly, the wrinkles might soon end up in cracks and the wear and tear of the discount boots as a whole is imminent. Whereas while you spend a bit of time in applying the cream or paste polish to your shoes and apply formal brushing there is even spread of the polish all over the surface. At the same time, they are immediately dried to give the luster and shiny surface for the shoes. Hence, the chance for wrinkle formation is minimal. Shoes will last longer in that case.

Different Types of Shoe Materials
Some of the newest materials that are used in the manufacturing of the shoes in the last decade are the thermo plastic urethane and its compounds. All those shoes that are made out of these high quality material are extremely dearer. Still they are of extremely light weight and highly durable as well. Moreover, as the product is introduced new into the market and it is of great quality, the price will be higher obviously until it gets saturated in the market.
Competitive brands are manufacturing similar kinds of shoes and releasing it for better affordable prices. This trend of slicing prices is good for the consumer society as they are getting better products being delivered to them for optimal rates. The qualities of the TPU, thermo plastic urethane are far better and has a lot of advantages compared to the PVC, poly vinyl chloride, which is a conventional material in the manufacturing of the shoes. One more material used traditionally from quite long time in making footwear is the TPR.
In the recent past, ethyl vinyl acetate has also been introduced as a material for the footwear making and has its own range of meritorious facts as well. majority of the top brands do use the EVA for making their inners and soles for the footwear. Poly urethane technology is quite prominent way of manufacturing shoes out of all these different kind of materials. A good quality shoe will have the sympatex water proof technology as well as the thermo plastic elastomers too. Such Boutique 9 shoes could be immediately identified as dearer and quality footwear.
PVC injection footwear is what witnessed commercially in the local markets. They could be identified by the synonymous designs and even identical in majority of circumstances. It is all because of the reason that they are all made out of the same and similar mould for batch manufacturing. The cost of production that ways is very less. The profit gained at the same time are far higher. It is not all of them can wear this kind of Coach Shoes. They will not be suitable for some of the soft feet around.
Especially when it comes to house wives such footwear might pose a lot of health threat in due course of time. The mistake in the design of one piece will be identically seen in all those other pairs as well. Hence, a whole lot of 3000 pairs of EMU boots made out of the same dye will be prone to the same mistake. Such shoes are sold out in clearance sale for minimal profts.

Street style at Berlin Fashion Week
Source From: http://www.thevine.com.au/blog/alyxgorman/street-style-at-berlin-fashion-week20110711.aspx
Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin is always an interesting proposition. Run by IMG and sponsored (as the name suggests) by Mercedes-Benz, the secondary market showcase has a lot in common with Australia's own event. Only unlike Sydney's fashion week, Berlin's does not occur in relative isolation. With Paris and Milan only a few hours away in either direction, and cool Scandinavia just up the road, the city - traditionally known more for its art and music than its fashion industry - faces stiff competition.
Given that the event ran virtually parallel to the Couture shows in Paris (there was a three day overlap), the chance of fashion's big guns turning up was pretty limited to boot.
Relatively inexpensive compared to Western Europe's other capitals, Berlin has a high rate of unemployment, a young population and an extremely strong arts scene.
All these factors combine to create a fashion week that's driven not so much by commerce as expression. This makes Berlin fashion week the perfect scouting ground for unique street style. There's far less money around, so the ubiquitous stripes of this season's Prada, the neon twists of expensive costume jewellery, and the endless array of Hermes bangled arms clutching Celine handbags are all done away with in favour of vintage finds, emerging designers and a DIY approach to getting dressed.
Of course, there will always be fashionistas able to invest in serious labels, but in Berlin, there are far fewer on the ground. This means shooting street style there combines the best of both fashion week style scouting and regular off-the-street fashion snaps: everyone photographed has a hardcore interest in fashion, but they can't afford to channel this interest into head to toe Chanel, so you get a greater variety of more accessible looks.
The parallels between Berlin and Australia don't stop at owners and sponsors either. Held in high summer, Berlin Fashion Week's trends on the street, with their predominance of denim, florals and nineties styling, feel a lot like outfits from Surry Hills or Fitzroy.

One of the Important Inevitable Accessory – Foot Wear
Shoes should be comfortable for maintaining your posture. One would wonder about the exact correlation between wearing discount shoes and posture. Still the fact is simple. Many injuries could be affected because of the wrong shoes worn for long time. Ankle injuries, calves injuries are all common when you are wearing the wrong discount boots. While you adjust to the high heel shoe, there are all chances of hurting your back even.
Having said all those facts, it is essential that you do no compromise in the quality of the product for costs especially when it comes to buying your footwear. All those top brands these days are efficient enough to display all their products and commodities in the internet itself. One can look into the online catalogue for their preferred models, design, colors, contour, and shape and so on. Even there is a possibility to find the specification of the particular commodity in detail. This is where you will have to take adequate care in keenly observing the minute details of measurements of various inner parts of the shoes.
Unless and until the measurement would aptly fit into your feet, it is highly recommended that you do not bother to purchase the commodity for you. It might be the latest fashionable choice, stylish in appearance, cheap in cost, your most favorite color and design, still it is not worth to punish yourselves for those reasons. A wrong fit is a troublemaker to your shape and size. It can neither be too slack nor be too tight as well. Appropriate sized footwear should alone be worn at all the circumstances.
Many doctors and physiotherapists suggest that personal visit to the shops and buying exactly what fits you optimally is the right way of shopping shoes. It might be a little complicated process in the fastest world where everything has gone online now. Still it is worth paying keen attention towards certain essential aspects of life, which are meant, for our healthier life style.
High heel shoes are the next important commodity where one has to take adequate care about purchasing and wearing them. Most of the times it is purchased to be more stylish and to gain a bit of height as a means of it. Definitely, the looks are awesome and better and there is no doubt about it. The overall appearance goes thinner with the slight gain in the overall height. Still wearing such shoes needs adequate practice.

How to Tackle Working Long Hours
Selection of right kind of shoes according to your variety of requirements is quite crucial. Either it be for school kids, professionals, business owners, government official representative, politicians, actors, models or homemakers, there are different varieties of shoes that could really be appropriate to your specific requirements. The range of options could be limited in case of certain professions such as the nursing job roles.
It is because of the fact that the nursing and paramedical staff in the health centers is required to stand and serve the patients and assists the doctors almost all through their shifts. They cannot sit and idle for long hours as they kept on their toes all the time by urgent needs from patients as well as the doctors. Under such a sort of circumstances, one could imagine about wearing shoes with long socks for straight shift of 8 or 12 hours together and standing most of the while. It would just be tiresome and one would feel like well want to come out of the shoes and go barefooted. In order to face such difficult situations, one should be very keen and particular about their professional shoes when they serve the health care industry of such a kind that demands too much out of them.
Stressed up legs would show up clearly in your activities and moments and can largely reflect on the tasks executed. As a nursing staff, one is expected to show up in jubilant countenance all the time to maintain great vibes around and to cheer up the patients in essential. The best solution to serve all this purpose is to take time and select the right kind of shoes that would be appropriate for your needs. Some of the top class Dansko shoes do offer swiftness and adequate comfort in the feet.
The whole of the feet is seated nicely intact with the right amount of tolerance for movement and air vents are provided in such Coach shoes as well. Wearing such specially designed discount Born shoes with appropriate socks will not strain your legs but rather would give you adequate comfort to not to feel tired. This footwear is usually quite simple in their design. The overall weight of the shoes is comparatively lesser than much other formal and casual footwear. The costs are dearer but still worth the price paid. The durability is high and hence nursing professionals unanimously seek such specially made shoes for their duty.

Taos News Lifestyles: Runway Vigilantes: A fashion evolution
Source from: http://taosnews.com/articles/2011/07/04/news/doc4e0cb8e78a929540853195.txt
When Shawna Yambire opened ReNeux Consignment Boutique, just off the Taos Plaza, she decided to participate in the annual Lighting of Ledoux by having a fashion show featuring clothing from her store.
The show was a success, and the following year, Yambire did it again, but this time, she invited several women to join in and create their own pieces. She also organized the show around a theme.
"It was kind of a Baroque, over-the-top, ball kind of feel — Cinderella with a little bit of mysticism," says Michael Simone Regnier, one of the participants. "We did the big hair, and the whole silhouette of the Baroque costume."
From there, the whole thing snowballed. The women were invited to reshow their pieces at the Love Apple for its New Year's Eve celebration. Then, the Harwood Museum approached Yambire about a Valentine's Day showing of the film, "Valentino: The Last Emperor."
So the ladies got together again and came up with a list of what Valentino meant to them, ultimately deciding on a "red" theme and long gowns.
"But then there were different variations because it's about being artistic and changing it up and doing whatever you want," says Regnier. "So you end up with all these fabulous different takes on the red dress. There was a gorgeous piece by Wendy Willis Price that was amazing, totally couture- sewn. Yummy fabric, some kind of raw silk."
Regnier says that some of the women in the group are professionally trained in fashion design. Others, such as Regnier, have experience more in the range of hemming pants and sewing buttons.
Regnier says she gets to benefit from the knowledge and skill of group members like Nina Silfverberg and Tatyana de Parloff, both of whom are professional working costume designers.
"They're just great because any time you don't know how to do something, they're right there," says Regnier, "They've got amazing skills, all the things you'd go and learn at fashion design school, but it's right there at your fingertips." Regnier says it all works well because everyone's just in it to have fun.
"It's a really open, cool group," she says. "I appreciate it just for the camaraderie of that amazing group of women, who have all these different skill sets and who I wouldn't necessarily get to hang out with, at least not at this productive artistic level."
The women are now in the habit of meeting regularly between shows, usually at ReNeux.
"There's something about that girl time that we don't always make time for in our lives, and it's so fun. After we do it, we're like, 'I needed that so bad,'" says Regnier. "We'll pass around ideas, bring design books, look at things online that inspire us, just kind of sharing that idea of fashion. It's fun to be connected to that, to play with it and talk about it."
When they're planning a show, things get a little more intense. "It's about collaboration and discussing ideas and coming up with a look to fit a theme," Regnier says. But the most intense part of the process is the shows themselves.
"There's a lot of juggling — the dynamic of getting the piece together, getting the makeup and the hair together," Regnier explains. "It's definitely a production; it's a back room full of women and clothes and makeup and hair and trying to get everything ready. Laughing about whose boobs won't fit in their dress."
Regnier says that each show they do becomes more streamlined.
"For all of these, we're increasing our professionalism — the runway, the music, the lights." They've even recently chosen a name for the group: Runway Vigilantes.
"We were coming up with all different ones, like 'Cloth,'" Regnier says laughing. Although the group makes no money from the shows, entry fees are charged in order to pay for venues, and also for publicity and music.
One of the Runway Vigilantes, Elizabeth Haidle, produces most of their promotional material, and DJ Oliver comes up with unique mixes to play at the shows.
"We make sure they get compensated for their time, because those are their full-time jobs," says Regnier. "Those of us who are designing are just doing it for the fun of it."
Runway Vigilantes will hold their next show Saturday (July 2), at the Bavarian Restaurant in Taos Ski Valley.
It will be loosely themed around "A Midsummer Night's Dream." Regnier says that they've also been talking with KTAOS about doing an around the world-themed show. "
We enjoy doing this," says Regnier. "It's so organic; it just comes together."

Quality Add ons for Footwear
When majority of us are keen about wearing attractive footwear, only a few are quite conscious about the right kind of accessories that accompany the different kinds of shoes. The accessories when added in right proportions would certainly highlight the elegance of the footwear as a whole and makes it more stylish and attractive as well. One would hardly imagine about the dramatic change in the outlook of the shoe by just adding on some minute changes in the form of accessories. Good example is the miniature heel hanging in a chain from the shoe rear side, a petty accessory that no eyes would forget to stare again.
Some of the top brands in the market have logos of brass and steel embellished in the rear and side of the shoes. These are different types of attractive designs that add on to the overall looks of the footwear. The emptiness in certain simple designs of skate shoes are compensated by means of this kind of added on accessories to make them look grand and quite stylish enough.
Shoe clips in certain types of women footwear make them look pretty. One can ask the vendor for shoe clips of similar matching colors as that of the shoes that are purchased. Foot bands that come in between the high heel boots in matching colors enhance the outlook. It is not necessary that the foot bands have to be of the same color as that of the footwear. A brown foot band in the centre of the foot to match with the black high heel shoes of the women variety would make it look extremely elegant and attractive in women.
In general the add ons for the New Balance toning shoes are something which really enhances the beauty. When you mean Accessories, it might include all those shoes laces, polish, shiners, duster, and so on. On the other hand, the add ons could be easily identified such as the shoehorns, seasonal socks, shoe stretchers, shoe heel protectors and so on.
Modernized shoe clip collections are displayed in some of the quality shoe accessory sites. A range of shoe adds ons, especially for the women could be found in such sites. Even older footwear that idles in your shoe organizers from quite long time would not be out of fashion any more when you add on the latest right kind of clips on to them. Such smart choices would cut down costs of purchasing new shoes to go frugal for the year’s budget on a welcoming note.
